1 General Terms & Conditions

3tk (referred to as "the Platform" or "we") operates an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of using the Platform. By accessing or using 3tk, you fully accept these Terms.

3tk is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. If anyone under 18 attempts to use the Platform, 3tk reserves the right to terminate their account.

• You must be 18 or older to use any of 3tk's services.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• 3tk's services are intended for personal entertainment only — use for commercial or professional purposes is prohibited.
• Violating any part of these Terms may result in account termination.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account on 3tk, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false or incorrect details may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

You will need to provide the following information at the time of registration:

• Full legal name (as per National ID)
• Active Mobile Number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Payment method details (Mobile Banking / Nagad / Rocket number)

3tk may request additional documents for account verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is incomplete. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on 3tk can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered mobile banking number.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies and varies according to VIP level.
• 3tk reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious transactions.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

3tk offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonus, daily cashback, referral bonus, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• After claiming a bonus, a specified turnover must be completed — typically 10–20 times the bonus amount.
• Withdrawing before the turnover requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• 3tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Promotional offers apply to one account only.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on 3tk operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every outcome is completely random and unbiased. If a technical error occurs during any game, that round may be declared void.

• Game results cannot be manipulated in any way — everything is handled automatically.
• If disconnected, your game is automatically saved and you can resume where you left off upon reconnecting.
• Using the same account on multiple devices simultaneously is prohibited.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, any credited bets in your account will not be voided.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with support within 48 hours.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3tk to maintain a fair environment. Any involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Attempting payment fraud or initiating chargebacks.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on 3tk's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other members.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

3tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. Reasons for account closure may include:

• Violating the terms and conditions.
• Submitting false information during verification.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Requesting a voluntary self-exclusion.
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.

You may also request account closure at any time. In that case, your verified balance will be refunded — however, any incomplete bonus turnover will be forfeited.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• Member information is never sold or shared with any third party.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.
• Payment details are never stored on our servers.
• Information may be shared with authorities when required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

10 Terms & Conditions Updates

3tk reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website, and the update date will be shown on the main page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
